Welcome to our bus ticket booking service. By searching for trips, booking a ticket, or creating an account with us, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and fares. The fare shown at checkout is per seat and includes any taxes or fees displayed at that time. A booking is confirmed once payment is received, whether paid online or at the counter — a booking left unpaid may be cancelled automatically and its seat released.

Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees are set out on your ticket and booking confirmation. Where a refund applies, it is returned to the original payment method or made available at the counter, subject to the cancellation policy in force at the time you booked.

Passenger conduct. Passengers are expected to arrive at the boarding point on time and to follow the reasonable instructions of our drivers and conductors. We may refuse boarding to a passenger who arrives late, is intoxicated, or otherwise poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Account use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one currently in effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
